1、 Product introduction

SH type rotary screen is a special screen for compound fertilizer, which can be sieved in four levels, and there are two sections in the finished product area. SH type rotary screen has its own silo. There is a fan-shaped gate at the lower part of the silo. The coarse material section has a chute, which can directly send the coarse material to the transport machinery, which is convenient for process layout. If the user requires only one section in the finished product area, that is, three-stage rotary screen, it should be explained when ordering.

2、 Working principle of SH series rotary screen separator (rotary screen)

SH series rotary screen is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, etc. The drum device is inclined. The motor is connected with the roller mechanism through the reducer to drive the roller mechanism to rotate around its axis. When the materials enter the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the qualified materials (under screen products) are discharged through the screen screen outside the drum, and the unqualified materials (products on the screen) are discharged through the end of the drum. SH series rotary screen drum device is sealed by body sealing cover, so as to effectively prevent dust from escaping and dust pollution during the working process. When the screen is replaced, only the sealing cover of the machine body can be replaced, and the operation is convenient.

1. Wide adaptability of materials: rotary screen is widely used in screening all kinds of materials, whether it is inferior coal, slime, soot and other materials, can be screened smoothly.

2. The feeding mode is simple and diverse: the feed inlet of rotary screen can be designed according to the actual situation on site. No matter it is belt, funnel or other feeding methods, it can feed smoothly without taking special measures.

3. High screening efficiency: the equipment can be equipped with comb type cleaning mechanism, in the screening process, no matter how dirty and miscellaneous the materials entering the screening cylinder can be screened, thus improving the screening efficiency of the equipment.

4. Large screen weight, easy to large-scale: under the same size, the circular area is larger than that of other shapes, so the effective screening area is large, so that the material can fully contact the screen, so that the screen weight is large in unit time. Because of its simple structure, convenient layout, novel and mature technology, it is easy to be large-scale.

5. Low energy consumption: the motor power of rotary screen is low, which is half to one third of that of other screen types. It processes the same amount of materials and the running time is only half of that of other types, so the energy consumption is low.

6. Good working environment: the whole screening cylinder can be sealed with a sealed isolation cover, which completely eliminates the dust flying and block splashing in the process of screening circulation, and avoids the pollution of the working environment.

7. Low noise of the equipment: in operation, due to the small rotation speed of the rotary screen and the sealing isolation cover, the noise can not be transmitted to the outside, thus reducing the equipment noise.

8. Long service life and small maintenance: rotary screen is composed of several ring-shaped nets, and its total screening area is far larger than that of other screen types. In addition, the screening efficiency is high and the equipment operation time is short, so the service life is longer, the wearing parts are less and the maintenance is small.
